OUR APARTMENT

The apartment has been completely renovated since April 2019. It is located on the 5th floor of the main street of Guardalavaca (main street that comes from Holguín and goes to Banes).

It enjoys a breathtaking view of the village and the sea, where contemplating the sunrises and sunsets will forever be etched in your memory.

The magnificent sandy beach with turquoise waters is within walking distance (+/- 500 meters).

The apartment is composed of :

Living room, dining room, kitchen, small utility room, bathroom with wc, one bedroom, balcony.

Living room : Living room 3 + 1 + 1, television, coffee table. Dining room: table with 6 chairs and 2 stools.

Kitchen : Sink, cupboards, dishes (plates, glasses, cups, saucers, cutlery, etc.), shelves, electric plates (2), household appliances (kettle, mixer, coffee machine and "Cuban" coffee machine, pots, frying pans, fridge / freezer, ice cube trays, dishwashers.

Bathroom : Sink, shower (hot and cold water), w.c., cupboard, bath towels, laundry basket, soap dish, toothpaste holder, hairdryer.

Bedroom : Double bed (with bed sheets), wardrobe (with hangers), chest of drawers, blind, air conditioning, reading lights.
